We guarantee interpreters have passed our recruiting process including Medical Interpretation training, HIPAA Certification, Background Check (BGC), Qualification, and Certification. We employ native speakers and advanced English speakers with proficiency in both source and target language including medical terminology. Once assigned to the client we focus on the continuous growth and knowledge of the Interpreter by providing them continuous training and feedback alongside tracking quality measures, punctuality, adherence, professional attire, and other quality paraments.
